The Public Sector Isn't Really Good at Delivering Value
There's been a belief that the public sector government just isn't very good at delivering things. The private sector brags about its mistakes, even though it has to go through seven or eight failures before they can learn from them. We blame the civil service when they make mistakes without actually asking if they are investing in their ability to learn from those mistakes. That means you're not learning. You're not a learning organization.
