There's no reason to think, at least in our current research, that particular kinds of habits work in different ways. If we do something enough kimes, our brain learns how to do it. Our brains are like a computer: Garbe an garded out. I io learn whatever you give it, and it'll learn it in exactly the same ay. K, we seem to need habits because of our cognitive limits. We don't have the capacity to reflect carefully about everything we do. And maybe it's sort of a, um, its sort of a caviot to that, or in to that idea of not being able to reflect.
