I think that there are people who are unintentionally loud neighbors because I've lived in places where it felt like the roof was going to cave in. My upstairs neighbors used to vacuum loudly every Friday, which was confusing because we had hardwood floors. You don't even really understand why it's where things become so petty. It's not a thing that should even affect your day, but if they do it enough, you're ready to snap.
