I think there's going to be a lot of those folks who work in what i call the new digl blue collar jobs, which are mechanical, turktype jobs. How do we do a world wide talent search for the really smart kids? Is that a problem that can be solved by tech, or is it more about local mentering and coaching? What do we americans in the tech world least understand about nigeria? It's english speaking. For someinat maybe goa. Thata is kind of a cultural mixture, cause it got the portuguese influence, indian influence, et cetera. I couldn't say that.
