Dothraki has a single voiceless uvular, which is again, that turns out to be normal. The voiced variety of that is very rare. Does Arabic have the voice of religion? No. I'd say if you want to do tonal, probably do a two or three tone system because when you go further than that, Chinese has four tones. It takes about six months to learn how to pronounce it correctly.
