Sally Kohn: The Supreme Court's ruling on race and admission is fundamentally a court centric vision of the Constitution. She says it would be impossible for a court to administer evaluating the kinds of standards that universities have said they are pursuing through their use of race and admission. Kohn: When anyone who is not a white guy gets something, we can't measure it and we therefore can't actualize it any way.
