How to Achieve a Technical Career Path
A lot of developers would like to aspire to be CTO or chief architects. How do they go about pursuing that kind of career? I was tremendously lucky to have a woman called Kim Lumber in my first deployable she and I were at that point very technical and not very good at communicating. Don't always shut off those soft skills and management skills just focus them on how you influence rather than how you direct and command which is more of what traditional managers do.
