There is this sense that there is a lot of drift in the johnson government at the moment. The big desire from the matenas has been to strip back legislation and try and do less. There is also the potential of a leadership contest going on, but there is also the positioning for what happens if borrisjonson were to fall. Now we'll havein got a very handy electoral test, george, on whether westminster is rise or the country's like. We've got local council contests across the u.K., which could be bad for conservatives. But it feels hat there can be quite a big geographical disparity on what the results are.
