Climate Change Preparation Isn't a Priority for Poor Countries

The world's wealthiest nations are causing all the issues. It seems just and fair that those countries would be the ones footing the bill to help other countries at the very least prepare. But yet, in so many of the wealthy countries, you don't even see climate change mitigation or preparation being a priority within that own country. Which just tells me they're basically being set up to collapse faster and get hit harder by what we know is coming.
