Do You Have a Playbook for Diversity?

I know that traditionally, always being producted, a lot of times we have to say no. I think one of my favorite things to do is to take people who have not been p m before and bring them into junior rolls. When you have women in your leadership of the company, in leadership in product and engineering, you just, it's like a magnet. More women show up to apply. More women stick around. And then i think, you know, we have to start thinking beyond tredith. There a is tremendous a talent. I across a race and culture and a, you know, again, working with your recruiting teams, building up partnerships....
