Bitcoin essentially operates as a kind of limited edition collectible. It's sort of like look like money, but actually they're priced in money. And what's interesting about that is because it's digital, it's highly swappable,. A physical collectible is actually quite hard to send to somebody. Whereas a digital one is very easy to send. This gives it a much more money like feeling.
