The Differences Between Fixed Lump Sum and Hourly Fee

I usually try to approach it in a way that I think the client is comfortable with. Percentage fee is probably the more common way that we do this. It seems to be a fair way. Some clients are more comfortable with hourly. We've done more of that in the past early on than we've done maybe in the last five or so years. And you know, we're generally pretty good at pulling that skill over time.
