I think writing code or software is a basic human right. And even if you want to write them to yourself and keep them private, I do see that as a human right. That was really, you know, having memories of the 90s and government trying to make encryption illegal. It was like, okay, yesterday I could run the software and now today randomly just someone decided if I do, I could go to jail for a long time. So it was very chilling to me.
