How to Get Engaged With a Lab
You just have to establish the connections and I can be a little pushy. And, you know, often it doesn't necessarily apply to the lab. But in my experience, both at Vanderbilt and at UCLA, stuff comes up in those meetings. You're like, well, wait a minute. Like, did you know the lab did this or oh, I had no idea. That's how you guys are interpreting this. Let me take it back. So being at the table and being part of the discussions is the foundation to being able to move forward.
