Lennon's Congress of Soviets of Peasants

A new congress of soviets of peasant deputies convened in petrograd. The bolsheviks and their left s r allies managed to alter the rules of presentation, adding slates of delegates from local military garrisons. But since they were heavily bolshevized, leon pushed through a rural change to pack in as many bolsheviks as possible. Lennon himself delivered a speech to the congress where he floated the notion that there's no need for a constituent assembly.
