Eggnog

Eggnog is just a dessert now. We're not even talking about drinks anymore. I think they wound up at the spot that you want them to wind up with with eggnog. You just want your eggnog turned into a dice cream, which just seems like kind of what they did. There's one more international example here. The Canadian military developed a drink called moose milk in World War II.
