"I want you to deliberately give your students some problems with a wrong answer and ask them to work out why," she says. "That's what great teaching is and great learning is." If you make a mistake, 'you're not a bad person, you're not stupid,' the professor adds. For many kids, for too many kids,  a learner is a compliant - that is the antithesis of a good learners.
