How Airbnb Overcame the 30 Day Minimums to Sell a Home

Lisa and Matt bought their first home in January of 2015. They were going to turn it into a short term rental but they didn't know how that decision was setting them up for this growth. Lisa said hey I think I could retire everyone day, so she called her realtor about selling the house because there's no one being built right now.
