The scapegoat was a way for people to understand if they're upset, if you're mad about your own iniquity. God doesn't want you to exist as a person who feels guilty all the time when there's a way to not feel guilty and come under the mercy of God. The second sacrifice coming down the very end, this is gonna be one of the most important things that are gonna happen. It's a reenactment of the scapegoat. We have to acknowledge it, we have to take accountability for it and we have to actually become at one with it.
