I was totally just acting out the limits that i saw i had, or what i deserved in my life. Is this relationship maybe because you don't feel like you deserve more? Or it feels too confrontational to go for someone who is better and healthier and more rewarding to you? Maybe it's giving you something to distract yourself from other things in your life. I would just as often as you can, practise saying the things you hate about the person,. The things youhate about the relationship, the things that make you unhappy. That's probably the majority of this relationship. It's like there's a certain time in a relationship where the balance tips from i'm getting half good things,
