How Do I Get 46 Grams of Protein a Day?

Protein is sort of question number one because people imagine if I don't eat meat where will I get protein. The US government and the Australian government would say that the average person needs maybe roughly 50 grams of protein a day. You would actually get 146 grams of pure protein from eating nothing but broccoli. Next day let's do lentils, 157 grams of protein if you ate nothing but lentils with normal portions. Think of your foods like air. Nobody ever asks where do you get your oxygen. There's protein in plant foods and it takes care of itself for an elite athlete.
