Having a Single Journey for Your High Value Clients
Don't overcomplicate it because you want to now consider your high value client or your premium cow that you want to milk. Make sure that anyone coming to you for the first time or second time whatever, they all have the same journey,. Regardless of which buyer, they all different entry points and regardless of which client facing means. But trying to fit your custom thing into your standard messaging and narrative is not worth it.
