How Do You Measure the Health of a Church?

According to the biblical prophets it's by how their most underprivileged neighbors are doing. The Old Testament one out of every ten verses deals directly with how the people of God are to care for the poor. And Jesus didn't merely say that God stands with the poor, he made the claim that God is in the poor. That how we treat the poor is how we treat God.
