Is Zach Allen a Good Player?

Zach Allen was one of the biggest benders of the entire offseason so far. I think can do a lot of nice things, but they're spending. Portland Sutton's tweeting through it on about trying to leave town. What does that receiving court look like? Because that's what's really going to determine how good Denver can be.
