My Mum's Passage to Australia Was a Trapherous One
My mother came to astro specifically to get married. My father had come when h was a little bit in his teens to to work. They, they came to australia for a better life. It's often common amongst immigrants not to really want a look back. But mymam describes it as 'the boys were on top of the ship and the girls were down the bottom' Her food is southern chinese and hong kong meals. And i could never understand why she loved condensed milk. She always has some in the fridge.
