Conversational agents are divided into two. You have stuff like blanderbot, diologypt and generative models at basl. The second part is chatbooks that are based on intent and action. It's hard to make a generalization over this and still be in control of what your bot is going to say. And with language models, i would rather not put a language model in front of an enduser freely without filtering or whatever.
