Can the Fed Really Keep Rates Up?
The Fed has reverse repope so that when they raise rates interest rates actually go up. But there's an enormous amount of debt that's very cyclical right now. The bond market was to roll tight, and I think that's where investors have to be okay. We can be on one run, but we have to be very sensitive. This is the other scenario. And it's a real scenario."
