How to Adjust Autofocus for a Canon 7D

I wanted to be sharp like hell because I look at my old photos on the 7d with the with the medium the $300 the 1.4 canon lens oh that's a good one and some of my photos are really fucking good. Like if you go in they have a tool for doing this but like you have to go in and I'm so like if you wanted to go and change the autofocus specificity like you can do this on right on your canon by saying plus or minus for any of these now.
