The Biggest Threat to Employ Engagement?

We are at our wits end as a society. People have been through a lot, not just covet and losing people but the incivility that's happened in our society. It's almost like post dramatic stress for a lot of folks, and they don't even realize it. And so thi leaders need to be prepared for the fact that they're going to have unexplained and unpredictable behaviour from some of their best employees. So you have an employer emplay relationship that is becoming more and more tenuous. If we don't begin to build up this relationship then engagement will never improve.
