How to Be a Successful GM

I always try and think about some of the pitfalls that I fall into at times as someone who has been like the forever GM. There are things that you just tend to do because you're a human, like you fall into routines but trying to figure out what changes you could make to how you're running the game to create more attention. It's just mixing it up, finding something new. And even in those NPC moments or combat moments, either like it can happen in exploration as well.
