Poland was the first NATO member to pledge to send fighter jets to Ukraine, which of course marks an escalation of the alliance's support for Kiev and Slovakia followed. The US must have been involved in these decisions because they have offered Slovakia a $660 million reward for sending the migs to Ukraine. And I think there's a good chance that the United States might be doing the same thing. It raises suspicion that Britain is sending more controversial weaponry to Ukraine that it does not want made public.
