Do We Have to Talk About the Post Office?

The President tweeted that the post office makes money by doing business with Amazon. Paul Waldman: There's a grain of truth in there, but it's hard to blame Amazon for this. He says we burden businesses with insane regulation and poor governance then complain they're doing a poor job. Waldman: In the end, you basically cannot run the post office.
