Judaism - Can You Have Both?

i want us to wrestle with each one of these five groups to day. The every one of these groups brings something to the table that god needs to use, like he wants to use. There's no group that has nothing to bring, not the sadducees, not the herodians. And here's judaism trying to grapple with whether or not can you embrace that? Can you have both? Do you need to just run from it? do you need to engage it?
