How to Treat Cardiogenic Shock
The patient who is both cold and wet is a patient you should be worrying about cardiogenic shock from the left ventricular perspective. They're not going to have enough cardiac output to well-perfuse their distal extremities. These patients are probably my favorite because they're not actually fluently hypotensive, right? And so with these patients, starting with an inotrope is important,. But I think an I know presser is really important in the patient who's overtly hypotensive.
