The Importance of Teaching Design

I've been teaching design for about five years now. I always say like designers should teach once they feel maybe they're not ready for leadership, but they're ready to kind of share their skills with someone else. So it's a really great primer to get into management. You have to find ways to package the same lesson to different people and different styles. Because you can't just one size fit all.
