neurologists use the neuralogic equation to develop a differential diagnosis. Mononeuropaty, which is very common in carpal tunnel sindrum, is a much more likely diagnosis of hand peristhesia than diabetesis. But where i find myself in this case is i haven't really eliminated the central nervous system. We're going to need imaging for that. And i'm most concerned about a pneropathy, given the symmetric nature. I'ud be interested to know, is there also motor and autonomic symptoms cause? So i'm in a passe mike to ra because i've been talking for a while.
