Sleep Patterns in Older People

There are myths around eating and sleep. And many people would say, well, when you are older, of course you are more sleepy during the day,. will take naps, and you just need to live with it. So we did a study quite a few years agow where we compared people in their twenties, in the forties and above 65. We measured sleepy they were during the day. You can measure this by conducting what is referred to as a multiple sleep blatancy test. It's used to identify people who are cessively sleepy because they have sleep apnia.
