The most recent stats on those accessing made in Canada, that it's up to about 10,000 a year. That would be hundreds of people trained to answer that phone and pick up the call. It does make me wonder like how important that first phone call actually is. And if you got somebody who was able to do a little bit of reflective listening and not immediately put you on hold, whether that would make a difference in outcomes.
