The Different Types of Emotions

There's a framework called dialectical behavioral therapy. In this framework, they talk about the emotional mind and what they call either reasonable or rational mind. And I think we can break that down even if you think of something like a Myers-Briggs. It gives us thinking and feeling as two different strategies that folks use. So there is certainly research that suggests that some of us have this more rational tendency and some of us has a more emotional mind.
