The Difference Between Nicha and Rand
Both are iconoclastic, outside the main stream of conventional thinkers. In nicha's and rand's own lifetimes, the academics were widely dismissed. For example, when nicha was a young professor at basil university in switzerland, the park philosophy professors there told their students, quite dismissively, oh, he's not a real deep thinker. Don't take his classes. And rand suffered a similar fate among many who did not want to recognize her,. maybe they couldn't recognize her philosophical depth.
