In recent surveys, one of the most common response was non-cognitivism. Another survey found that most people tended to favor some type of relativist position. I don't see any particularly good a priori grounds for claiming that any particular interpretation like that moral claims are cognitivistic or non-cognitively they refer to stance-independent facts and/or relative facts. We can consider all the other apparent usages to be either unusual or rare or aberrant.
