For so many of these companies, there has been a movement. If you have an A building, a really beautiful building, you're actually in much better shape than if you have a B. Right now you commercial makes so much more money than for the space and residence. It's very different. The converges that were done in this area down here in Wall Street, those were buildings that were built 100 years ago. They allow for apartments much more easily. But it never happens.
