In doing really great interviews, to what extent do you feel like it's important to follow the lead of the guest? So if the guest has a shoved fact, or something that comes up that is completely off track from what you envisiond for the interview, there's probably such a huge opportunity to open up meaningful conversation. And one of the things that dale carnegie says is that the way to be interesting is to be interested. Take interest, express interest another.
