The Importance of Reflecting on Your Life

In the Old Testament it's a very common theme that you recall all of the gifts and the goodness that Yahweh has shown towards you up to this point. He says when my life was ebbing away I remembered you Yahweh. My prayer rose to you to your holy temple. This kind of turns the corner here. All of a sudden he's emerging with this gratefulness out of this hardship. And so the only thing I have going for me is the fact that God's committed to redeeming my life from something that I can't see any way out. That's paradoxically the worst experience you could have but also the best experienceyou could have because you discover the truth
