Water in Spirit

There isn't any exact place in the new testament where natural birth is referred to as birth of water. It seems to me that being born of flesh is the more normal way to speak thisah, so it seems like he would say, have to be born first of flesh and then of spirit. Ond well, water probably is about baptism, because there actually is quite a bit of context here to what's going on.
