You can't sell meat in a grocery store unless it's gone through a USDA inspected facility. And right now that's a huge problem because there are fewer and fewer of those. I feel like because of the consolidation of the industry, as you so accurately point out, farmers and ranchers have fewer and fewer options for where to take their stuff.
