Is There Too Much Room for Leadership?

Christian: I'm pretty anal about having great people, which means that you don't necessarily need a whole bunch of managers. Hebrew Grain Ventures is just right around a 30,000 acre crane and oil seed farm. We also have a consulting company called Maverick Ague that my CFO runs for me. And then I'm fairly involved with a private crop insurance company called Global Ague Risk. It's virtually the only one in the world.
