If there's no one else can get the data from anywhere else, then theyre canu that wonthey're going to use it. If you give other people options to connect t the data or get information out, people have other ways of creating, kind of their own story around it. In governed data sets, like data sets where people are getting bonused on their salaries, i think you'd better have that one very well controlled and people can't make up their own story.
