In a lot of businesses HR is sort of the place where it's like this is a people related problem that we don't really want to solve or have time to solve. What I like about mission based teaming is we are pulling together the problems the users the authority and work so that we're getting HR out of being that layer of avoidance frankly in a lot of systems. It does require as an HR person like having the capacity to pull 50% of your time up and out so that you can actually work on revolutionizing and evolving the things that are causing the problem.
