It only took two years to get it cut. Why? Because it was too long. It's too linear melodically. There's no romantic situation. I don't know. A lot of people liked it. Finally, nobody would cut it and my publisher put out the demo and sent it to radio. They started playing a couple of friends of mine and Hugh Moffitt cut it and put it out. And suddenly there were three cuts of it on the charts. And then it was gone.
